Gabriella Lunghi, known under the pseudonyms “Jennifer Munday” and “C.J. Lunghi” is an Italian singer born in London on 23 September 1962. Growing up in the English capital, Gabriella attended London schools before moving to Italy. At 17 she discovered that she had a great passion for singing. Thanks to her father's acquaintance with the author Maurizio Chelli, in 1984 Gabriella made her debut in the world of music under the pseudonym “G.J. Lunghi” with the single “Honey Lender”. A few months later she recorded two more singles in a studio in Parma: "Acapulco Nights" and "Dynamite". "Acapulco Nights" achieved great success in Greece reaching the fourth place in the charts. In 1986, she was contacted by the famous record company "Baby Records" and was asked to sing a song written by Julio Ferrarin entitled "Invisible". Freddy Naggiar (founder of "Baby Records") was not convinced by the pseudonym "G.J. Lunghi" and by mutual agreement, the name was changed to "Jennifer Munday" ("Jennifer" was Gabriella's middle name while "Munday" was her mother's last name). The single "Invisible", with melodies that are very reminiscent of the first songs of the famous singer "Sandra" and those of "Bad Boys" by "Den Harrow", achieved good success with the public. Gabriella was engaged in numerous European tours alongside other famous artists of "Baby Records". In 1991 she became the presenter alongside Maurizia Paradiso, of the famous Italian television program "Colpo Grosso".
